There are four simple steps to enter. Read the following explanation of the steps and then click the “ENTRY FORM” button to do each of the steps and submit your Entry Form.

1. Pay the registration fee (this confirms your participation).
The cost per SKU is as follows:
1 = $499
2 = $899 (10% off)
3 = $1272 (12% off)
4 = $1596 (15% off)
You can pay online via PayPal from the Entry Form.
2. Fill out the product description form.
There are roughly 16 items on the Entry Form that tell the judges the particulars about your product. Some of required and others are not. See the Entry Form for details.
3. Send us a six-bottle case of product.
Send us a six-bottle case to the following address using FedEx, DHL, UPS, or other service operating in your state. We will pay the customs and taxes to clear customs.
You can mark the shipment as: “Samples—Not for sale”.
The product usually takes about one week to arrive.
4. Wait for the results.
The entire contest cycle runs from November to May according to the following schedule.
1 November/December: registration and product submission
2 February/March: Tasting by 200+ sommeliers
3 April/May: Awards announcements
All entrants will receive digital assets (medallions) for any awards that are received in addition to printable digital certificates. All these items will be sent by email or may be downloaded online.
All award-winning products may be included in the contest results booklet produced by the TWSC committee.
Note: Registration deadline
The registration deadline is December 1st. We must have your product in Japan by December 1st.
